Removing slider image from blog page.
-
Hi there, I have the WordPress Soho theme and the slider image set as my home page is appearing as a post in my blog feed. Per the theme instructions, it is essential to upload the image as a blog post for it to appear as the slider, but when you then set up a blog it appears in the actual feed as a random post. Is there anyway of hiding it from the feed without disturbing the home page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
It’s not clear to me how the image displayed as the background of your homepage need have anything to do with a post published in 2015. On the Soho demo, for example, the background images displayed on some pages and on single posts are evidently either featured images, or (where no featured image is set) the site header.
The Beautiful Background section of the Soho theme guide says:
Soho offers the ability to embed a YouTube video or an image slideshow on the homepage. You also have the ability to assign a different image background to each page or post using Featured Images.
Does your homepage have an image slideshow (with just one image) set as the background, or is it either a featured image or the site header?
Like all premium themes, Soho has its own support forum, where you may ask questions directly of the the theme authors. Here’s a link to that forum: https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/soho.

Staff: There is no link to the Soho premium theme support forum at the “Support” page of the them guide, https://wordpress.com/theme/soho/support, as is ordinarily the case in the theme guides of premium themes.
