There’s a dedicated CSS area of the forum, that is probably the best place to post these types of question in future. I recommend using less tags in the first place, using too many is not going to get you more visitors or improve your search ranking in fact the opposite is true. Perhaps try limiting your tags to 5 or fewer.
To answer your question: the only tidy way to do this in your theme is to remove that whole block, which will leave you without the category, author and date-stamp too. Here’s the code:
