Removing the "Blog at wordpress.com" from the bottom of each page
-
I am building a site using one of the wordpress templates, but would like the site to show up without the “Blog at WordPress.com. Theme: Oxygen by DevPresss” at the bottom of every page. Is there any way to do this? Would I need to pay for a template, or can I alter the footer.php file (if so, how??). Thanks!

There is no way to do this: in the Terms of Service is an agreement to display that, no matter what. If you managed to hide it your blog would be suspended. And that is on all themes.
