Removing the Categories link altogether…….

    I don’t want my website to categorize topics at all. I want to completely remove the Categories link from my page.

    Is it possible to remove the category link?

    If yours is a wordpress.com blog then these are your instructions. You can remove the Categories widget from any wordpress.com blog equipped with widgets here => Dashboard => Presentation => Sidebar Widgets

    You simply drag the Category widget out of the Sidebar box down to the left-hand corner of the Available Widgets box and wait for all the widgets to stop moving, drop it in and click “save changes”.

    Removing the Categories widget means that your published posts will not appear on the wordpress.com tag pages.
