Removing the edit feature from posted blog pages / articles

  I haven’t posted for a while. I did a post yesterday on my site – envirothink.wordpress.com. When I checked it today, I realized there was something i hadn’t seen before – an option to ‘edit’ listed with each article.

  This is a BIG concern to me. Can anyone come onto the ite and edit my posts / articles? Or am I the only one that can see this feature? If the former, how do I remove this option?

  Don’t worry. You see an edit button when you’re logged in to WordPress.com. Visitors to your site don’t see that and can’t edit your site (unless you invite them to as authors etc)
