Removing the header from all pages besides the home page
-
Hello.
I am working on a test site right now (it’s not live yet) and I am using a theme called “Ashe”. There is a very nice header with a picture in it that takes up most of the page when you land on the site. So it’s cool to have it on the home page, but I don’t want it on any other page since when you click on the menu, seeing the same header there on each page make it look like you didn’t move to a new page.
Any ideas? CSS? Or a setting? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Can you provide the URL address to the site which is using the “Ashe” theme?
Your site tamassiamartinsart.wordpress.com, is using the Dara theme. -
Hello and thank you. The URL to my site would be: http://tmartinsart.com/ I am however having some trouble to sign in. But that’s the URL.

Thanks for posting the link,
Since the Ashe theme is a third-party theme and http://tmartinsart.com/ is using the software for WordPress.org for self-hosted sites you would have to ask the developers of the theme directly for any issues related to the Ashe theme. You can do it here:

Alternatively you can also post questions in the WordPress.org forums.

You can see the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
