removing the header title (not the picture) from manifest

  How do I remove the title header from Manifest? My page is Ratheruf.com. I would like to keep the image (In red) there, but I would like to remove the Rather Unique link header from below it. Also how to I change the color of the font, both the paragraph and the pages? Thanks!
