Removing the MX records that point to Wix

    Dear Wix Team,

    My domain name is randidesign.com (pointed to WIX) and I am registering the new e-mail.
    The wix team instructed me that to do that I need to ask you to remove the MX records that point to Wix.

    Could you please do that and let me know.

    Actually, you are posting on the WordPress.com Support Forums.

    The wix team instructed me that to do that I need to ask you to remove the MX records that point to Wix. Could you please do that and let me know.

    If you have previously added any MX records to your domain name at WordPress.com, here’s a guide to access them and remove them.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/#adding-custom-dns-records (you follow the opposite instructions to delete records, of course)

    I’m a user like you, so I can’t do that for you. If you are still experiencing problems doing that, please clarify and we’ll try to assist further or get the help of staff.
