Removing the orioginal user from my blog user list

  I have read that to protect my blog it was suggested that I create a new/second user name for myself, make that new user name an administrator and demote or even remove my original user name from my user list. I have created my new user name but I can not change the role of my original user name or remove it. Please help.

  Hi, your blog is secure and protected even if you use your original username. Using a secret and secure password is the best way to protect your site.

  If you would like to transfer it to another user account you could do that with these steps.
