Removing the "Post a Reply"

  How do I remove the POST A REPLY on my page? I have unchecked EVERYTHING in the discussion section but on each separate page, there is a POST A REPLY section. I am not allowed to have a reply or comment section, so how can I remove this?

  Hi! I’m assuming you are referring your individual pages (About Me, MIYHS, ETC) as opposed to posts since it looks like you have removed the comments section for your posts.

  There are two ways to remove the comments section on pages.
  1) Use the Quick Edit functionality in Pages->All Pages for the individual page. There is a checkbox for Allow Comments. Uncheck the checkbox and click Update.

  2) When you add a new page or edit and existing page, under the Discussion module, uncheck Allow Comments and click Update. If you don’t see the discussion module, you will need to configure your screen options to show it. There is a pull down for Screen Options at the top right of the screen. Click on Screen Options and when it expands, check the Discussion checkbox. This will show the Discussion module and you will be able to modify your settings from there.
