Removing the space for each post title

  Well, when I create a post on my site, that has to be filled first field is the title, but I do not want to use it ..
  I put a picture writing “news” and I want to stay there on top, but when I don’t put any title is a very large space that I wanted to withdraw.
  Where can I change the code to take this space?
