Is this regarding http://pearlsandknotsblog.wordpress.com/? I am not seeing any temporary page when I view it. I’m just seeing your most recent posts.
If this is for a different WordPress.com site, please let me know.

Thanks for responding. Yes, if you do it with the direct url, then it is the ‘new’ complete site. However, I am talking about when you punch in just the ‘title’ or approximate title, not the exact url, for example, just pearls and knots, then the search engine, yahoo, etc., shows that original ‘placeholder’ page as one of the choices.

Ah, I see.
Google and other search engines update things on their own schedule. While I wish we could speed things up, we really have no control over it. Rest assured, it will happen however.
