Removing the title from excerpts

  Hi,
  My site relies on archives, search results and latest posts to display content.
  I use Yoast SEO, kk Star Ratings and User submitted posts but don’t think these have changed the way the site presents latest posts or archives etc.

  The excerpt has the title of the post and then the vote rating, followed by an excerpt of the content. I want to remove the title of the post.

  Any ideas?
