Removing Title Caption

How do I remove the little sentence under the title of the blog? Or change it, or whatever. It’s driving me crazy!

What is your wordpress.com blog address?

    Please read this

    – How to make your name link to your blog:
Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes.
Now… when you comment here and on other blogs, your name will link to your blog. If you do this before you post your request for help, it will allow forum volunteers to be able to help you quicker since they won’t have to ask you for a link and wait until you come back to post one.

I will do that, but since it’s too late anyway, I’ll post the link nontheless. Sorry.

@dailyman: So go to Settings > General > Tagline. Don’t forget to click SAve Changes after you edit or delete the line.

    As panaghiotisadam said.
Also note that in some themes here on wordpress.com the tagline doesn’t even show, but I think I’ve read that search engines still read it. You can eliminate “Just another WordPress.com weblog” and replace it with nothing, or replace it with something that describes your blog in a few words.

It’s never too late, nor too soon, to link your name to your blog as arifsali suggests. It works retroactively.
