Removing two things from right column

    Hey guys!

    How do I remove “recent comments” and “recent tags” from the right column of my blog? I can’t seem to find them to edit anywhere. Thanks!

    My blog:

    Those are a sample display of widgets that the theme itself generates. Go to appearance > widgets and drag a widget that you do want in the sidebar over and into the sidebar and click save. The 2 sample widgets will then disappear.

    If you do not want any widgets to show in the sidebar at all, drag a blank text widget over and into the sidebar and then click save.

    Thanks, it worked! Can I bug you for one more question? All the links on my page are blue. I’d like to change the color of those but can’t figure out how. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    That would require purchasing the CSS upgrade to change all the links to a different color.

    I have purchased it. Now what? Thanks again :)

    ooooh, theres actually no official CSS forum and it is recommended that you know CSS before purchasing. All CSS changes are made by going to appearance > edit CSS.
    However, since I didn’t tell you that before mention the upgrade, I’ll be happy to help,
    You’re going to want to find a hex color finder online and find the code for the color that you want and replace it with the color code you see below, after that, then insert the following class into the CSS editor,

    a, a:visited, h1 a:visited, a:active, #main .selected .actions a, #main .selected .actions a:link, #main .selected .actions a:visited, #help dt {
    	color: #3478e3;
    }

    If you don’t know ANYTHING about CSS, and the idea of learning it suddenly doesn’t appeal to you, perhaps you can ask for your money back. There is virtually no support for it, aw’s generosity an exception of course.
