Removing Uncategorized text from my Home page

  How do I remove some Uncategorized text that’s appearing on my Home page.
  The text is identical to that which appears, correctly, on one of my other pages ). Thanks.

  Hi,

  “Uncategorized” is the default category applied to a post when no category is assigned. You can eliminate the “Uncategorized” link on a post by either

  1. adding another category, and removing the “Uncategorized” category from the post.
  2. hiding the display of categories from posts, or a specific post, with CSS customization (if possible).

  I presumed that’s what you were referring to as “Uncategorized text.” If you meant something else please specify exactly which text you are referring to, and where on the homepage it can be found (post URL, sidebar, etc.)
