Removing Underlines Not Working With Custom CSS
-
Hi I am having a problem with removing underlines in my button class and am unsure how to remedy.
I am using a child theme of the Business Theme by Automattic.
I have made buttons in the posts which have links in them that are underlined.
I would like to remove the underline and have been struggling to do so as custom “text-decoration: none;” CSS is not working for me.
I have found many suggestions on forums but can’t seem to have this work.

Howdy :)
This is super tricky. I’ve been looking at the site for some time and I can’t figure out where the underline is even coming from. After trying several variations of CSS I am going to ask my colleagues to take a look. The closest I have come is to get the underline removed when it is hovered with the cursor.
I’ll report back here with an update.

Hi again!
Adding the following CSS code to your site should help:
.entry-content .button a { background: none !important; }Please give that a try and let us know if that fixes it. :)
