Removing unwanted site

  I’m having issues removing a WordPress blog from my account. The site doesn’t exist anymore so I can’t access ‘Settings’ to delete and disconnect. It’s stuck in my wordpress ‘sites’ list.
  How do I get rid of it? The site is http://indiecave.net
