Removing upgrades and deleting site

  Hello!

  I’m trying to delete my wordpress site. I’m being told that I have to remove my upgrades first, but they aren’t listed in the purchase section. What should I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It seems you have an upgrade of some kind such as a premium theme and they have to be transferred or removed before the site can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  I carefully followed all the instructions for deleting the site (emptying the site first). When I scroll to the bottom of the Settings page, and select “Delete Site”, there appears a message which says I should cancel the upgrades first. When I go to the “Manage upgrades” page, it only shows a premium theme I purchased but no other premium upgrades which I could cancel…

  Do I have to remove the premium theme? If yes, how can I do that?

  Wait patiently for Staff help please. You cannot delete it yourself.

  Hi @schoolartstudio, I can delete the theme for you. Note:

  1) you won’t be able to get the theme back again

  Also, perhaps more importantly, the name schoolartstudio.wordpress.com will not be available again. Deleting it does not free it up. It permanently deactivates that address. If there’s any chance you would like to use it again, please consider making the site private instead.

  I would be very thankful if you could delete the theme for me so I van delete the site, as I’m sure I wont be needing it anymore.
