Removing User from Blog

    I am trying to remove a user from one of the blogs I contribute to. This user is the ‘owner’ of the blog who keeps receiving post notifications but no longer contributes to the blog. Upon my attempt to remove them, I was unable to because ‘ I do not have access to remove the user’. The user also was unable to remove themselves from the blog.

    Is there a way to remove/switch ownership to a different user on the blog, especially without deleting and re-creating the blog again?
