Removing visitor or follower from private blog

    I have invited several users to join my blog and selected Visitor as their role. They accepted and have read the blog and replied to posts. I now need to remove some of these users from the blog, but none of their names show up in the Users page, just my Administrator account. I tried deleting their invitation, but that did not work and they still have access to the blog.

    How can I make it so these users can not access my blog?
