Removing 'welcome to wordpress' on home page

  Could you tell me if its possible to remove the title ‘welcome to wordpress’ on my home page? I’ve only got an ipad to work on so will need directions for operating on that. Thank you

  I did Gateway tag search and read removing ‘Welcome to WordPress’ from home page: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/removing-welcome-to-wordpress-from-home-page?replies=2#post-2714303?

  A google search will also result in the answer. No modlook for Staff is required.
