Removing White Space Above Header (Elementor)

My page displays a section of white space above the header only when viewing on mobile. Desktop view does not show the white space. This site was made with elementor.
I have tried many solutions people have suggested but none are working. If anyone could assist I would be very grateful.

Motion effects on my Elementor site are not loading. If I select an “Entrance Animation” such as “Slide in Left” the element will never appear on the page.
The “Animated Headline” also does not display the changing text which is at the bottom of my home page just above the footer.
Animations/Motion effects do display within the Elementor Editor, just not on the staging site.
If anyone could assist I would be very grateful.
