Removing white zone on top of "clean home" thème

  Hi all
  I’ve been searching that thing
  I couldn’t find it.
  I bought the custon design pack
  In my blog, http://fretin.tai-jitsu.net I use the theme “clean home”.
  I just would like to remove or decrease that zone.
  It is the white zone above ethe navigation (Le club de Fretin Le Taï Jitsu, un style de karaté)
