removing widgets archives and follows

  very new to wordpress and need some helphow do i remove the options on the right hand side from pages i want to keep them for the blog but the rest of the pages is it possible to remove them sorry if this is a bit vague but if you look at my site that i am putting together you may understand hope somebody out there can help

  That’s not possible in the theme you’re using (except if you buy the Custom Design upgrade).
