Removing widgets from subpages only?

  I’m just starting to play around with WP to see if it will work for me. Is there a way to have static/sub/child pages with no widgets, while leaving the widgets on the main/front/home posting page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I know the iNove theme allows this option – you can hide the sidebar from all pages. I’m not sure if any other themes do.

  iNove sidebar can be deactivated (under Appearance > iNove Theme Options

  Thanks for the info….Most of the themes I like don’t allow for selective widgeting, so I may have to live with it.
