Removing wording at bottom of shelf theme

  i have bought the shelf theme and is there anyway of removing the ‘Blog at WordPress.com. Theme: Shelf by The Theme Foundry’ from the bottom of the page.i dont wanna have to pay an extra $30 ontop of what i payed for theme.any help would be great,cheers

  Hi. According to this support document, you are not allowed to remove that:

  Hiya,

  Is there a way to change the color of the font on the footer (so it matches everything else on the pages?) or must you pay 30 dollars for the upgrade? I dont mind paying it, but for 5 words to be red or grey I would like to know my options..thanks!

  What you ask for can only be done by css editing and purchasing the annually renewable custom design upgrade. You will not be able to get Volunteer help with it if your do purchase the upgrade. Your theme is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no knowledge of how they are designed to operate. When you purchased it what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer. Go here > Appearance > Themes and click the “premium” link you find there to the Premium Themes Forum please.

  OOPS! You have now changed themes to Modularity Lite. The same answer applies that I posted above, except that it’s not a premium theme like Shelf is, so you can get CSS help here from Staff or from a Volunteer.

  Thats OK, I probably should have started a new thread on the topic but I saw this one and figured I could chime in. I purchased the upgrade for my site/blog is http://www.prescribedfitness.com was it necessary for the purchase to just change the color of the footer font or was there another way? LOL thanks :)

  No, there was no way to change the colors of the footer credits without the Custom Design upgrade.
