Removing WordPress footer

  I really don’t get it.
  Can we remove the bit at the bottom saying
  Blog at WordPress.com

  I removed the footer on my Weebly site Garybot.weebly.com

  Is it possible editing the CSS to remove the WordPress.com footer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The current policy about the footer in the support documentation:

  May I remove the ‘Blog at WordPress.com’ credit in my site’s footer?
