Removing '.wordpress' from my blog URL?

    I would like to remove ‘.wordpress’ from my blog site URL. Now it’s ‘thesymphonyofyourlife.wordpress.com.’ I’d like it to be just ‘thesymphonyofyourlife.com’. Can I do that?
