removing working
-
Hi and thank you in advance for volunteering your time to help me…
my blog is
woodridgebell.wordpress.com
on the home page, there appears the message….
“The page you are looking for does not exist; it may have been moved, or removed altogether. You might want to try the search function. Alternatively, return to the front page.”
I would like to remove that message on the home page, but even useing firebug can’t seem to do it without deleting the first entry on all of the other pages.
Please let me know if you need more information to answer this question and thank you so much!

The static front page you have set for your main page does not exist. It has either been deleted or the permalink of the page has been changed.
Go to settings reading and select the page you want as a static front page from the pulldown and make sure and click “save changes” when done.
Also, never put your email address in a public forum. Spammers scan the web and forums continuously looking for new people to send offers for discount pharmaceuticals.

I see that you’ve changed your settings to display your latest posts. To get rid of that message, just publish a post under Posts > Add New in your dashboard.
I’ve edited out the email address from your post for your spam-free security :)
