removing "written by…" for Zuki theme

  I have looked through and found this topic for the Zuki theme premium. I followed the instructions; go to Appearance, click on Customize then CSS. I pasted in the code:

  .single-post .authorbox {
  display: none;
  }

  It doesn’t work. I would like to remove the “written by…” on all posts because I am the author of all posts, but also I am able to use NASA material with their permission and will need to give NASA credit.

  Hi there, I don’t see any posts on your site right now, but the following will remove the author byline from Zuki for you.

  .entry-author {
      display: none;
  }

  The other code you found was for an author bio box that appears below posts on some themes.

  It works.
  I am in “writing drafts mode” for now and will publish soon. I know how to change the dates, but may need to ask how to delete those, too, if possible, at some point.

  I am building a reference guide to children’s book I have written and am not sure I need dates.

  Hmmm, not sure why that all of a sudden didn’t work. I’ve reviewed the original CSS, and let’s change it to the following.

  .rp-medium-one-content .entry-author, .rp-small-one-content .entry-date, .rp-medium-one-content .entry-date, .single-post .entry-header .entry-date {
      display: none;
  }

  The above removes the author and date from all posts listings and single post pages.

  Hi. Thank you. I copied and pasted the above into the CSS and the author and date is still showing up. I tried it with the first change and then deleted it and tried the second change on its own. Neither is working for me.

  Yes, the author is gone, but the date remains.

  If you are also wanting to remove the category information you can add:

  .entry-cats {
      display: none !important;
  }
