Removing/Moving around a widget

  How can I remove a widget? I wanted to remove a widget so I went to my Dashboard and went to the Widget setting.
  I tried moving widgets but I couldn’t move any of them. I couldn’t change the order. None of them were links so I couldn’t even change the settings.
  I tried changing the theme but the only thing that happened was the widgets moved or disappeared.

  How can I take them out? There’s some I want and some I don’t
