  Hi, I would like to rename my blog and change the web address. However, it seems the previous support article on this is outdated? I can’t find the options.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
