Hi there!
Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Please note that we can only assist with websites hosted at WordPress.com. If you’re using the WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere, you will need to reach out to your hosting provider or the WordPress.org community for guidance:

Hi there!
I don’t see any sites at karimsranchi.com. I also checked and confirmed that we do not host that domain. That means your site uses WordPress.org and is hosted elsewhere. This domain uses Cloudflare nameservers. So I couldn’t check exactly where the domain is hosted at the moment.
We can help with WordPress.com sites in this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
Please post on the WordPress.org support forum here for help with your site at karimsranchi.com. We are unable to help with WordPress.org sites.

karimsranchi.com is hosted by Cloudflare and is registered by GoDaddy – https://www.whois.com/whois/karimsranchi.com
You must contact your hosting to solve this problem.

@cretea I can confirm, karimsranchi.com has never been hosted here. It may use the free WordPress software, but we are not the free software. We’re a managed hosting provider, and when you’ve resolved this you’d be welcome to host here so we can take care of your instance going forward. Your plan would include chat-based support, real-time backups, maintenance, security, SSL, and more.
Until then, though, please ask your current host for help. Here’s how to fix 500 errors.
Then if you need more help with your own copy of WordPress hosted elsewhere, please work with your host or with community resources available here.
After that’s resolved, if you’d like to move your site to our managed hosting services so we can help with issues like this going forward, let us know. I would recommend the Full Import and the Business Plan. Let us know if you have questions about our services!
