Rename the 'Home' page

  I just wanted to know that is there a way I can change the title of the ‘Home’ page to ‘Blog’. Here is a Picture to whom I want to change: http://oi58.tinypic.com/28hl9cl.jpg
  My Blog URL is: https://phantasamcp.wordpress.com and I am using the Splendio Theme.

  Hi, you can go to Appearance -> Menu and change the menu item’s text there.
