Rename URL Or Transfer posts

  Dear there,

  Good day. I have created a blog and strated postings since 3months back. I have realised my URL name in appropriate to the subject of my blog postings. Hence, I want to either rename my URL or transfer all the postings
  to new blog ( with proper url name)

  It would be great, if you have help me at the earliest.
