Renamed Categories – Posts Not Showing Up

  I have had my blog for one year and wanted to fine tune the categories. I changed all the category names and went to every one of my posts and assigned them to the NEW category name. When I launch the website and click on a category on the top of my website the respective posts do NOT show up. I have gone through the help forum and I cannot find the answer but I know this is a common occurrence and it can probably be easily remedied. Please help!

  Hi there – Your category pages are working for me. Were you able to figure this out yourself? If not, can you please link me to some specific posts that aren’t showing up in the category archives? Thanks!

  Your timing was perfect. I think a good night’s rest helped. Just a while ago I solved the problem by (1) deleting the original menu which was not working as described by going to appearance/menus (2) next, i recreated the exact same menu and reinserted categories (3) presto, it worked.
