Renamed homepage has become a separate page

    Hello

I really hope someone can help. :)

I have lost my home page with my blog posts (although, the blog posts are still there). I renamed my home page (containing my posts) “live”, and my about me page “home”. I want my posts to come up not only when someone lands on my blog, but also when they click on the “live” tab. However, when I click on the “live” tab, only the first post I ever wrote shows up. Anyone surfing my blog has to click on the highwaylive header to land back on my posts-page.

How can I fix this? I want the “live” tab to take the reader back to http://highwaylivecoza.wordpress.com.

Thank you so much for your time!

    Jo

I want my posts to come up not only when someone lands on my blog, but also when they click on the “live” tab.

In the theme you’re using it can’t be done.

At the moment you’ve set your front to display a static page (the one you have named “home”). If you want to keep it that way, then go to Settings > Reading, select “live” as your Posts page, click Save Changes.

If you want your posts to show up when someone lands on your blog, you must switch back the Reading Settings to Front page displays > Your latest posts, and write a link to the main blog URL in a text widget.

Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it!

So now, how do I go about writing a link to the main blog URL in a text widget?

    NAME_HERE

PS Let me know if you want it styled a certain way (e.g. larger, different color, in a frame, etc.).
