Renaming Blogroll Category doesn’t work

  I tried to rename a blogroll category by going to Blogroll->Categories, select edit on the category, enter a new name and hit “edit category”. It said “category updated” at the top but when I looked nothing has changed.

  Am I missing something?

  Here’s where you change “Blogroll” as a default category for your links after you have created another category that you wish to use in it’s place -> Options -> Writing
  Writing Options
  Default link category: ____________
  Click “Update Options” to save.

  Also note that it takes time for data in sidebars to update as it is cached.
