  I want to rename my blog – not change the URL, but the actual name of the blog that appears in the header

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Site Title.

  While you’re there, nose around the Dashboard a bit and get familiar with what it has to offer.
