renaming my blog but couldn't

  Hi there!
  I cannot rename my blog address because it says it already exists. but if I log in to that specific site, it doesn’t appear as well.

  i want to rename my blog from tjask.wordpress.com to tomjask.wordpress.com

  there is no such site named tomjask.wordpress.com but I wonder why wordpress won’t allow me to create such a change. Could you help me with this?

  tomjask.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this blog.
