  I tested my website on pagespeed insights and most looked good on the desktop section, but there was one thing: https://imgur.com/a/rh1qYWX

  Here it shows the render-blocking resources, but i dont know exactly what to do now.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  if anyone know how i could make these better, because they are terrible compared to the desktop section.

  The particular items you highlighted cannot be changed on a WordPress.com site unless you upgrade to a paid Business or eCommerce plan.
