Render Delay and LCP Super Slow

    I have the WordPress Spiel Block Editor theme for my website, gripgladiators.com. I have changed to a Cloudflare CDN and tried preloading fonts; no matter what I do, the render delay for LCP is 5-7 seconds and 90% of the issue. Every other metric is as great and fast as lightning. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can increase the LCP on my website?

    I really like this theme and the aesthetic is great for what I want. Please help me if you can!
