  please how can i renew my domain??

  You should be able to renew your domain from Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  I did that,
  but it tells me “Please contact support to renew this product”
  what shall i do??

  I flagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting for a respunse. If you cannot renew then that’s an indication that the domain has expired.
