Renew 10 GB storage

  I recently got a email about renewal of my storage space but when I click the link to ‘Renew 10 GB storage’ I just come to a place to buy premium or business. How can I continue to buy those extra 10 GB per year?

  Hi there,

  That upgrade had expired on 1 October and has already been removed from your account.

  Because it was so recent I was still able to restore the upgrade to your site. You have one week to renew it or it will be removed again. Also note that should you let this upgrade expire again we won’t be able to add it back a second time.

  How do I renew it now after you have restored the upgrade?

  Can I go to email and click “renew” again?

  Hi @prestberg,

  You go to your manage purchases page under your account in order to renew the restored upgrade.
