  I have a time sensitive window to renew my domain name, “spiralsproutsofhouston.com”. I’m having trouble because I opened another account thinking I’d have access to my original when I changed my information. I don’t want to pay for the wrong account. How would I pay for my first and actual account. I’d like to cancel my second account with no credit links. The second one is not serving me. I need access to my first official account. Can someone help me please? Received a letter in the mail to renew my domain name but I don’t want to get my money to somebody that I don’t know who the carrier is so I’d rather do it through you.

  No problem. We can help you get this sorted. Domains are always time sensitive. And I’d suggest getting that figured first.

  The domain in question belongs to the sshjam17 user account. Are you able to sign in to that account? Try resetting the password. If that doesn’t work, then you’ll need to submit last years payment details to us as proof of ownership through the account recovery form:

  I must emphasize the importance of not posting those details here in this public support forum – they are unique to your account.

  Once you are signed in to the correct account the renewal will take place form the purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Also, the domain registration is good through April 8th 2020, so you have a bit of time to get this figured out.
