  Hi there, I missed the email to say my auto renew didn’t go through this month. Sorry about that! How can I renew the 10GB please?

  Thank you, but it’s only giving me the $99 option or the business option? not just the 10GB for $20 ?

  @rootjosh-I noticed that the WP Admin link that @galois provided now redirects to the New Dash>My Account>Manage Purchases. Will existing users of individual upgrades find and be able to renew their grandfathered upgrades there? The answer provided by the OP seems to indicate no. If so, will Staff continue to grandfather these upgrades?

  They should be able to, as far as I know.

  This situation was that the upgrade had expired before the user went looking for it. So it had disappeared.
