Renew 10GB upgrade

I had an old card when wordpress tried to charge my annual fee for my space upgrade. I have updated my card but don’t know how to contact someone to run the upgrade charge again. And I can’t post any photos in the meantime. Help?

Staff can assist you to renew your upgrade.So… I am tagging this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar.

If you go to your Manage Purchases page now, you should be able to renew the upgrade:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
It looks like your bank blocked the renewal payment, so I’d recommend getting in touch with them to see why.

Thanks for your help so far. I’ve looked at the purchases page, and it looks like the renewal has been attempted three times today? I’ve updated my card more than once, to try various cards, and continue to get a $0 transaction in billing. Does this mean that multiple credit cards have declined the payment? Or does the $0 transaction mean something different? Just wondering what my next step should be. Thanks!
