  Good morning,
  How do I renew our annual subscription? Also if we have an outside company looking after our domain, what is the best package for us? I am very grey in the area of website hosting and design so I would greatly appreciate you assistance.

  How do I renew our annual subscription?

  You will start getting intimations regarding the renewal of your subscription on your email a month before they are due to expire.
  Additionally, you will be able to set the renewals to auto which would mean that your subscriptions will be renewed automatically without you having to do it manually.

  By this do you mean that you have an outside agency looking after the domain registration, website theme design and other related work?
