  Hello. We purchased junefestwv.com the domain purchase was set on yearly autopay, and unfortunately the card we used last year was hacked. So we lost our domain but we fixed it last night and payment went through but it is still not showing up. How long does it take?

  Hi there:

  It looks like what you renewed here was a domain connection, not a domain registration.

  Can you clarify what you mean by “we lost our domain”? Looking at the WHOIS information, it looks like the domain was registered by another party on February 7, 2023. If this was not you, then you have lost the domain and there’s nothing you can purchase to fix that. Let us know if that’s the case and we can refund you that domain connection charge since you won’t be able to use it.
